EARLY AND LATE REGISTRATION

The early registration deadline is November 17, 2014. The late registration deadline is December 5, 2014.

REGISTRATION FEES

All registration fees are specified in Polish Zlotys (PLN) in the registration tool. This is the internal requirement of the Jagiellonian University. For your convenience, we present the amount of the registration fees in PLN, Euro, US Dollars and British Pounds in the following Table. Please note that only the price in PLN is given in a precise amount. The remaining amounts are approximate and determined on the basis of the current (16.10.2014) average currency exchange rate determined by the National Bank of Poland and of course it cannot be warranted that the same exchange rate will be binding on the day of your payment. The registration fees do not include any possible charges that are independent from the conference organizers, such as international transfer charges etc.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FEES?

Generally, the fees include participation in the main conference including the Doctoral Consortium, conference materials including the proceedings, coffee breaks and lunches. The “Student – no proceedings” fee does not include the proceedings. The fees do not include the Social Dinner which will be held on December 11, this event has to be paid separately. There are separate workshop and tutorial fees, one for each workshop.

RETURN OF THE FEES IN CASE OF RESIGNATION

The fees are fully returnable (minus banking charges) by November 17, 2014. After this date, the fees are not returnable.
